SOCCER OUTREACH / MAN CAVE / REMINDER

(scroll down for Man Cave Update)

Last night there were hundreds of kids and parents on the Stillnaz Soccer fields for a very special event. View this video to find out what was happening....

A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM THE SCHILLERS
"Every season we are impressed with how the Lord supplies our needs at soccer - AND we want Stillnaz attendees to consider that maybe they can be next season's answer to prayer by volunteering to help with a team!  We already know that we will need more Coaches and Assistant Coaches in the Spring, as some of our faithful Coaches will be moving on to other adventures because their children are aging out of Stillnaz soccer.

In addition to Coaches and Assistant Coaches, Randy and I are looking for an Assistant Director (or Directors if a couple wanted to get involved).  Our daughter will be old enough to play next season so one of us will always be distracted by that - and it is a great responsibility for just one person to handle.

So we are praying for someone willing to partner with us and come each evening during the season - helping with things such as opening the equipment shed, walking the fields and talking with parents and coaches, answering questions that come up during the evening."

You won't want to miss Man Cave next Tuesday. Jeff Callender will lead the group in a discussion about Dr. Bowser's sermon from Sunday, October 1st. See you @ 7pm on Tuesday, October 3rd.
Man Cave is a special place where men connect, encourage and challenge one another in their faith. The group meets on the rear patio of Sprenkle House and during winter months in the ground floor conference room. Wayne Rumsey, Jeff Callender and Randy Schiller lead the group. Looking for a place where everybody knows your name? Try Man Cave. You'll be glad you came! Tuesdays at 7pm.
